Body Conditioning and Flexibility
I work with individuals on a one to one basis, or small groups with a lot of personal attention, to help students get the results they are after to look and feel great. If accepted into my Body Conditioning and Flexibility Coaching programme, you will focus on increasing joint mobility and control, accessing your potential alignment and extensions. You will develop techniques and habits to prevent injury by releasing tension in muscles in the back, hips, legs and feet and maximise the benefit you get from your regular classes and training, so you see faster improvement in form and condition.
I offer places in the Body Conditioning and Flexibility programme at limited times during the year, as a regular One-to-One session or a Small Group of up to 5 people per class.
